Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access to and use of
the Gate Main technology platform and marketplace services operated
by Gate Main Information Technology L.L.C S.O.C
(“Gate Main”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By accessing or using the Gate Main platform, marketplace, APIs, or related systems,
you (“Client”, “User”, “Partner”, or “Supplier”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Services.

Gate Main operates a B2B travel technology platform and marketplace that enables travel businesses to distribute and purchase travel-related services.
2. Definitions
For the purpose of these Terms:
Platform
The digital infrastructure operated by Gate Main including portals, APIs, XML
connections, software, and booking systems.
Marketplace
The digital environment where travel suppliers and travel businesses buy and
sell travel-related products.
Client / User
Any company or individual registered to access the Gate Main Platform.
Supplier
A travel service provider offering products through the Marketplace.
Booking
A confirmed reservation made through the Gate Main platform.
Wallet
A prepaid electronic balance used to process transactions on the platform.
Products
Travel-related services including hotels, transfers, tours, activities,
transportation, and other travel services.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Eligibility
Access to the platform is restricted to legally registered businesses operating in the travel industry or related sectors.
3.2 Account Information
Clients must provide accurate and complete registration information including:
- Company name
- Business registration details
- Contact information
- Authorized user details
3.3 Account Responsibility
The Client is responsible for:
- Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
- All activities conducted under their account
- Ensuring authorized use of the platform
3.4 Account Verification
Gate Main reserves the right to verify company information and may request supporting documentation before activating or maintaining an account.
3.5 Account Suspension
Gate Main may suspend or terminate accounts in cases of:
- fraudulent activity
- violation of these Terms
- misuse of the platform
- non-payment or financial disputes
4. Platform Access and License
4.1 License Grant
Gate Main grants Clients a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for legitimate business purposes.
4.2 Restrictions
Clients may not:
- reverse engineer or decompile the platform
- copy system architecture or data
- scrape or extract data without authorization
- resell platform access
- share login credentials with unauthorized parties
- use the platform for fraudulent activities
4.3 System Modifications
Gate Main reserves the right to update, modify, or enhance platform features at any time without prior notice.
5. Marketplace Usage
5.1 Transactions
Registered Clients may purchase or sell travel services through the Gate Main Marketplace.
5.2 Supplier Responsibility
Suppliers are responsible for ensuring that product listings are accurate, including:
- prices
- availability
- cancellation policies
- service descriptions
5.3 Product Availability
Gate Main does not guarantee product availability or accuracy of supplier data.
5.4 Pricing
Prices displayed in the Marketplace are typically shown in AED, EUR or USD unless otherwise stated and are net prices excluding local taxes or government fees.
5.5 Verification
Gate Main may perform due diligence on suppliers and clients before granting marketplace access.
6. Payments and Wallet Policy
6.1 Prepaid Wallet
All bookings require a sufficient balance in the Client’s prepaid wallet.
6.2 Booking Confirmation
Bookings are confirmed only when sufficient funds are available and the transaction is successfully processed.
6.3 Automatic Deductions
The system automatically deducts booking amounts from the Client’s wallet at the time of confirmation.
6.4 Wallet Funding
Clients may fund their wallet through approved payment methods supported by the platform.
6.5 Refunds
Eligible refunds for cancellations will be credited to the Client’s wallet or original payment method where applicable.
6.6 Chargebacks
Chargebacks for confirmed or consumed bookings are not accepted unless required by law.
6.7 Payment Disputes
Clients must report payment discrepancies within five (5) business days of receiving a transaction statement.
6.8 Insufficient Balance
Gate Main reserves the right to cancel bookings or suspend accounts if the wallet balance is insufficient.
7. Cancellations and Amendments
7.1 Supplier Policies
Cancellation and amendment policies are determined by the individual travel suppliers.
7.2 Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for reviewing supplier policies before confirming bookings.
7.3 Financial Liability
Clients bear all financial consequences related to late cancellations, no-shows, or non-refundable bookings.
7.4 Refund Processing
Refunds are typically processed within 14–30 business days, depending on supplier confirmation.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the Gate Main platform, including software, APIs, trademarks, logos, and documentation, remain the exclusive property of Gate Main.
Clients may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written consent.
9. Data Protection and Privacy
Gate Main respects the privacy of its clients and processes personal data in accordance with applicable laws including:
- EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
- UAE data protection regulations
Personal data may be processed for:
- account management
- booking fulfillment
- fraud prevention
- customer support
- legal compliance
Data may be shared with:
- travel suppliers
- payment providers
- regulatory authorities when legally required
10. Limitation of Liability
Gate Main operates as a technology intermediary connecting travel suppliers and distributors.
Gate Main shall not be liable for:
- service failures by travel suppliers
- incorrect supplier information
- travel disruptions or cancellations
- indirect or consequential damages
- loss of profits or business opportunities
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Gate Main shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Gate Main harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
- misuse of the platform
- breach of these Terms
- violation of applicable laws
- disputes with travel suppliers or end customers
12. Force Majeure
Gate Main shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:
- natural disasters
- pandemics
- government restrictions
- network failures
- cyber attacks
- supplier insolvency
13. Termination
Gate Main may terminate or suspend platform access at any time if:
- the Client violates these Terms
- fraudulent activity is suspected
- payment obligations are not met
- legal compliance requires termination
Clients may terminate their account by providing written notice.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
15. Amendments to Terms
Gate Main reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
Updated versions will be published on the website and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
